Will Devara postpone benefit Family Star and Tillu Square?

According to recent buzz in the Tollywood film industry, it looks like NTR's Devara won't be hitting the screens on April 5 as originally planned. Some sources suggest that Saif Ali Khan's injury is causing the delay, while others say it's due to VFX work taking longer than expected. In any case, it seems unlikely that the movie will be released in Summer 2024.

If Devara does get postponed, it will be beneficial for Vijay Deverakonda's Family Star and Siddhu Jonnalagadda's Tillu Square. March 22 is considered a great date for releasing a film, in addition to April 5. The movie set to release on April 5 would have enjoyed a six-day long weekend, whereas the one coming out on March 22 would have a four-day long weekend.

We'll have to wait and see which movie will be released on which date. One thing is certain though, the delay of Devara will greatly benefit Tillu Square and Family Star. April 5 is typically the best date for a movie starring a popular hero, but unfortunately Devara might miss out on this advantage, which is a concern for the fans.
