Theatres soon to be operational in Telangana 

Telangana Government mulls over the opening of Cinema halls and Multiplexes in the Telangana region. The Central Government has allowed the screening of movies in theatres with 50% occupancy. However, some State Governments haven't yet resumed the screening of the film in a theatre. The Andhra Government has permitted exhibitors and producers to air movies in theatres, whereas the Telangana Government hasn't taken a call yet. Telangana Government is said to issue permits in the next couple of days.  

Once the permission is issued, the producers and association members will call for a meeting to decide the date for reopening the cinema theatre. Going with the latest update theatres are likely to open from the first week of December this year. If the curve of the current pandemic flattens, the Centre is likely to issue 100% occupancy from January 2021. On hearing this news, many Tollywood movies have eared up for a proper theatrical release for Sankranthi 2021. The producers would find no better season to release their movie, but for Sankranthi, especially the family entertainers.
