Tamannaah Bhatia in the biopic of a legendary actress

Biopics are never-ending trends in Tollywood. We have already seen so biopics on so many legends. Recently, Keerthy Suresh won a National Award for her performance in 'Mahanati' movie which came out as the biopic on legendary actress Savithri. Now, a biopic on Savithri's peer is on cards. Jamuna is one of the iconic actresses who ruled the Tollywood in 1950s and 1960s. Jamuna is one of the most talented actresses Tollywood has ever witnessed. She has shared the screen space with so many star heroes at that time like Sr NTR, ANR, SV Ranga Rao etc. 

Now, a biopic on Jamuna is going to go on floors. On an interesting note, none other than Milky Beauty is going to play the role of Jamuna in the film. Apparently, a senior Telugu director Sivanagu Narra has penned the script for the biopic of Jamuna and he wants Tamannaah to play the lead in the project. The makers have already started having talks with Tamannaah and she will take the final soon. On the other hand, Tamannaah will next be seen in 'Seetimarr' and Sivanagu Narra recently helmed 'Devineni' movie.
