NTR is currently shooting for Devara in Goa, a gritty and action-packed drama. In this film directed by Koratala Siva, the superstar will be seen in dual roles as a father and son. Devara is being made as a two-part movie, with the initial plan to release Devara: Part 1 on April 5. However, due to an injury to the film’s antagonist Saif Ali Khan, the release date had to be postponed to October 10.

Rumors have been circulating in the industry that Devara might be released earlier, on September 27, taking the slot of Pawan Kalyan’s OG which has been postponed to next year. The release date for Devara seems to be almost confirmed, and fans can expect an official announcement soon.

Netflix has secured the rights to stream Devara after its theatrical run. The first single, Fear Song, has been a hit with movie enthusiasts online. Janhvi Kapoor stars as the female lead alongside Srikanth and Shine Tom Chacko.
