Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan had Zee Studios considering to distribute the film before Pathaan's release, but the acquisition cost made them back out!

Hold on to your seats, Shah Rukh Khan fans, because he's back with a bang! After the sensational success of his all-time blockbuster Pathaan, SRK has already wrapped up shooting for his other two films, Jawan and Dunki. And let me tell you, the excitement for his upcoming release, Jawan, is through the roof! With South director Atlee at the helm, who knows exactly how to appeal to the masses, the first look teaser of the film has already set the internet ablaze with hype and anticipation.

But that's not all! As if the anticipation couldn't get any higher, there's still no word on who will be distributing and releasing the film. However, our sources have revealed that almost six months ago, Zee Studios was in talks with SRK's production house, Red Chillies Entertainment, who are the producers of Jawan, to come on board as the studio partner. But alas, they had to back out due to the high acquisition cost which soared above a whopping Rs. 300 crores, which was just too steep for their budget at the time.

But with Pathaan becoming a massive Rs. 500 crores grosser, things could change and there might be some other studio in talks to distribute and release Jawan. With Shah Rukh Khan in the lead role, alongside Priya Mani and Sanya Malhotra, and the immensely talented Vijay Sethupathi reportedly playing the villain, Jawan promises to be a cinematic treat like no other.
