Samantha's Take On Her Role In 'The Family Man' Season 2

Samantha Akkineni has completed a decade in the South Film Industry and has done it with soaring altitudes of success. Though she was only one step away from being a pan-Indian actress since she secured her role in the second installment of The Family Man, which officially makes her a pan-Indian actress now! The Family Man season 2 trailer has been released recently and it has been a buzz of the cinema town. The most thrilling part majority of the audience has found, is seeing Samantha portraying the role of a ruthless, murderous army soldier. She perfectly fit in the role of a complex villain.

A Bollywood news media had recently taken an interview with Samantha where she opens up more about how she felt about her role. Samantha said, “From 15 to 50-year-olds have come to me and have not asked me anything about my other work but asked ‘When is Family Man releasing?’. I am just lucky to be here and be a part of The Family Man because that is the only thing anyone is asking me back home. ‘When is the family man releasing?’ I am truly honored to be a part of this team and be a part of this show and in a dream role.”
