Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, the talented young actress, is excited about the upcoming release of "Sabari," a thrilling action movie. Set to hit theaters on May 3rd, the film's promotional activities are in full swing. Varalaxmi recently had a chat with the media, where she discussed her role in the film directed by Anil Katz and produced by Mahendra Nath Kondla under the Maha Movies banner.

During the conversation, Varalaxmi shared that she was intrigued by the story of "Sabari" even before she joined the cast of "Krack." She was immediately drawn to the captivating plot and eagerly accepted the project. Varalaxmi saw this as a chance to showcase a different side of her acting skills, stepping away from the negative roles she's often known for. Despite being a film with a strong female lead, Varalaxmi commended producer Mahendra Nath for his commitment to ensuring the movie's success by investing in all the right places.

Varalaxmi was asked about her thoughts on working with a new director and producer, and she confidently explained that taking risks is just a part of life. She expressed thanks for the trust they had in her and praised the director's professionalism, mentioning how he was prompt with financial matters and truly passionate about the craft.

As for Ganesh Venkatraman's role in the film, Varalaxmi didn't give away any spoilers but encouraged viewers to see his performance for themselves in the screenplay-driven thriller. She promised that it would be a thrilling mix of action and story.

When it came to playing angry young women on screen, Varalaxmi wasn't worried about taking on the role of a mother. She pointed out that she had already played a mother in "Poda Podi" and was excited to tackle different and challenging characters in the future.

In her latest role in "Sabari," Varalaxmi is stepping into new territory as a single mother facing personal and family struggles. She hinted at the touching mother-daughter relationship that adds depth to the storyline.

Varalaxmi is excited to work with the producer again if she comes across a compelling script. She also opened up about her personal life, including her upcoming marriage to Nikolai, who isn't afraid to give his honest opinions on her work.

As for her upcoming projects, Varalaxmi is looking forward to the release of "Kurma Nayaki" with Dhanush and her role in "Max" alongside Kannada star Sudeepa. She has a few other projects in the works that she can't wait to share more details about soon!
