Rajamouli and his family are safe and sound after being in an earthquake in Japan!

Recently in Japan, Maverick director Rajamouli, his son Karthikeya, and some family members and teammates arrived for special screenings of RRR. The movie is nearing its 2-year mark in theaters and continues to be adored by fans in Japan.

Unfortunately, this morning brought a surprise for Team RRR in Japan as they experienced an earthquake. Karthikeya shared his experience on X, saying, “Just felt an earthquake in Japan!!! Was on the 28th floor and it took us a moment to realize what was happening. I was about to panic, but the locals around us didn’t seem bothered at all! Experience an earthquake - check!”
