PVR-INOX's Decision To Ban The Telugu Version Of Manjummel Boys Has Caused Dissatisfaction Among Distributors.

Reports are circulating that the popular PVR-INOX multiplex chain has decided to stop showing Malayalam films in Kerala due to a disagreement with the Kerala Films Producers Association (KFPA) over content-sharing agreements.

Reports are circulating that the popular PVR-INOX multiplex chain has decided to stop showing Malayalam films in Kerala due to a disagreement with the Kerala Films Producers Association (KFPA) over content-sharing agreements.

This move has not only affected the screening of Malayalam movies in Kerala but has also had repercussions in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, where the Telugu version of Manjummel Boys was being shown. The decision by PVR-INOX has received criticism from Sasidhar Reddy of Mythri Movie Distributors LLP, the film's Telugu presenter.

Manjummel Boys has been enjoying success at the box office in the Telugu-speaking states, making the sudden removal of the film from PVR-INOX multiplexes without warning a cause for concern for the distributor and moviegoers.

Sasidhar has informed the Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce about the situation, prompting the association to hold an emergency meeting to address the issue.
