Prasanth Varma putting Hanu-Man's international release plans on hold?

The rising star director Prasanth Varma has been the talk of the town ever since the blockbuster movie Hanu-Man hit the screens, featuring Teja Sajja in the lead role. The superhero flick, which was released in five Indian languages, recently completed a successful 100-day theatrical run in 25 centers.

Before its release, the makers had announced that Hanu-Man would be available in five international languages including English, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, and Chinese. However, the movie ended up being released only in Indian languages, causing a stir at the box office both at home and abroad.

It has been about four months now, and there have been no updates from Prasanth Varma about the foreign language release of Hanu-Man. Surprisingly, there was no mention of it during the 100-day celebration event held in Hyderabad last night.

On a brighter note, Prasanth Varma did share some exciting news about the sequel to Hanu-Man, titled Jai Hanuman. He revealed that the sequel will be presented in IMAX 3D format, although the dream of releasing it in foreign languages still remains unfulfilled.
