Pawan emphasized the importance of fulfilling the commitments outlined in the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, particularly the completion of the long-pending Polavaram project, for the state's development. He praised the union government for their "significant support," which he believes will pave the way for overall progress in Andhra Pradesh.
