Movie updates couldn't get this better! Word has been travelling around that Akkineni Nagarjuna will be playing YS Jagan's role in director Mahi's Yatra sequel.  

This biographical film will be focusing on the crucial phase of YS Jagan's life i.e. Padayatra of Jagan and his journey from a criticized opposition leader to a prominent Chief Minister where he slammed every party in elections by getting majority votes in 2019. 

The life of YS Jagan has been full of ups and downs and his political career was frowned upon by many people due to controversies and foul rumors. Yet he never gave up and thrived to become one of the most beloved chief ministers in South India. His political reign is unquestionably an exhilarating journey that has been excellently penned down into a script by director Mahi. Akkineni Nagarjuna has willingly accepted the script of Yatra 2 and is coveting to playing YS Jagan's role. 

Official confirmation is yet to come and fans can't wait to watch this epic sequel.
