Mythri Movie Distributors Secures Nizam Rights for 'Salaar' at Staggering price

Prabhas and director Prashanth Neel's much-anticipated pan-India gangster drama, "Salaar," is setting unprecedented records in both theatrical and non-theatrical rights. Fueled by the massive success of the Baahubali and KGF franchises, the film has generated immense excitement nationwide, particularly in the twin Telugu states.

In the latest developments, leading Telugu film distribution house Mythri Movie Distributors LLP has secured the Nizam region theatrical rights for "Salaar" with a jaw-dropping deal worth Rs 90.06 crore. A significant portion of this, Rs 65 crore, is a non-refundable advance, while the remaining Rs 25.6 crore is refundable. This deal marks one of the largest ever in the history of Indian cinema for the Nizam region.

Featuring an ensemble cast including Shruti Haasan, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Jagapathi Babu in pivotal roles, "Salaar" is produced by Vijay Kirgandur under the Hombale Films banner. With Ravi Basrur scoring the soundtrack, this epic action drama is slated for a massive worldwide release on December 22, promising to be a cinematic spectacle of grand proportions.
