Kollywood Star Vijay To Do A Straight Telugu Film

Kollywood actor Vijay has a decent fan following not only in Tamil but also Telugu. The actor is one of the noted actors in both the industries. Most of Vijay's movies got released in Telugu as well. But now, the actor is going to sign straight Telugu films to expand his market. According to the buzz, Vijay signed his straight Telugu film with none other than filmmaker Vamsi Paidipally. Vamsi who previously directed Mahesh Babu's 'Maharshi' movie has been struggling to impress an actor for his next. On this note, he recently met Vijay in Chennai and narrated an interesting script. Vijay also got impressed with Vamsi’s narration and gave his nod. 

Vamsi Paidipally has already started working on the script and the film will go on roll next year once Vijay is done with his prior commitments. Dil Raju under Sri Venkateswara Creations banner will bankroll this bilingual project. Vijay has a movie in his pipeline under the direction of Nelson Dilipkumar and the project will hit the floors in June this year. Sun Pictures will bankroll this project with Pooja Hegde as the leading lady. Vijay also signed another film with 'Master' fame Lokesh Kanagaraj with Mythri Movie Makers as the producers. Vijay will join hands with Vamsi Paidipally next year as soon as Vijay wraps us the shoot of both these committed films.
