Kali Temple Set For Nani's 'Shyam Singha Roy'

1200 workers took two months for the construction of the Kali temple set for the film

Natural star Nani who is awaiting the release of his upcoming movie 'Tuck Jagadish' is also busy with his upcoming next film 'Shyam Singha Roy'. The makers have recently revealed that they have erected a temple set for the film which cost around 6.5 crores and the shooting of the movie is currently going on in the same set. Touted to be a periodic drama set in West Bengal backdrop, the movie unit has constructed a Kali Temple set using bricks and clay to bring the authentic feel of a hundred-year-old temple. Over 1200 workers took two months to construct the special set which is spread across 10 acres in the outskirts of Hyderabad.

Top art director Avinash Kolla supervised the project and designed the set work. The entire cast of the film will be a part of this schedule. 'Shyam Singha Roy' is the costliest movie ever made in Nani's entire career. 'Taxiwala' fame Rahul Sankrityan is helming this project. Sai Pallavi, Krithi Shetty, and Madonna Sebastian are playing the female leads in this movie which is also going to feature Jisshu Sengupta in a crucial role. Being bankrolled by Niharika Entertainments banner, Mickey J Meyer is composing tunes for the film. Sanu Varghese is cranking the camera.
