It's The First Day On The Shoot And Fire Broke Out

A fire broke out on the sets of the upcoming blockbuster movie Adipurush, starring Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan, on Tuesday, which was the launching day for the film’s shoot. The reportedly broke out on the set of the film in a Goregaon studio. Fortunately, neither Prabhas nor Saif was present on the set at the time of the accident. A short circuit has been cited as the reason for the fire. According to sources, the fire was brought under control soon with the help of eight firefighter engines, and none of the crew present were hurt. Prabhas officially announced the beginning of the shoot with the word 'Aarambh' (start) on his Instagram page earlier in the day.

The news comes as a sigh of relief to everyone associated with the film that all the crew on the sets were safe, and no one has come under any physical harm. It occurred due to a short circuit and the complete chroma set-up was burned to ashes. Much before the accident, the director of the film Om Raut announced on Twitter that he has begun with the mahurat shot for the film. The movie comes in succession to his successful stint last year with Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior.
