Is Jacqueline Fernandez In Akshay Kumar's ‘Ram Setu’?

The news is abuzz, Jacqueline Fernandez is currently on a roll. The actress, who is shooting for Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Bachchan Pandey’, is believed to be roped in for ‘Ram Setu’. As per the reports, Jacqueline is the frontrunner for the female lead in ‘Ram Setu’. The makers of the movie were thinking of several actors, looks like they have zeroed in on Jacquelin. Perhaps the movie makers have approached the star and narrated the story if the reports are to believed. Although the actress gave her nod for the film, she is yet to sign it. Previously, Jacqueline Fernandez has worked with Akshay Kumar in many films, including ‘Housefull 2’, 'Housefull 3’, and ‘Brothers’. 

Akshay is awaited to kick-off ‘Ram Setu’ by mid-2021 so that the movie finishes in time for its Diwali 2022 release. Last December, when Uttar Pradesh's Chief Minister visited Mumbai, Akshay reportedly approached and got permission to shoot in Ayodhya. Apart from this movie Jacqueline also has films like, ‘Bhoot Police’, ‘Cirkus’ and ‘Kick 2’ in her kitty.
