Irfan Pathan About Shooting Experience Of 'Cobra'

Irfan Pathan opens up about his experience shooting in Russia.

Popular cricketer Irfan Pathan is all set to mark his acting debut with Ajay Gnanamuthu's directorial 'Cobra' starring South star Chiyaan Vikram. Irfan Pathan who has been actively participating in the shooting of the movie recently completed another shooting schedule in Russia. On this note, while talking to the media, the cricketer turned actor has opened up about the troubles he faced while shooting for the film in extreme weather conditions. "I have been to Kashmir and many other destinations during winter. But, I am never been to a colder place than St Petersburg. It was minus 20 degrees celsius out there. As soon as I took off my headscarf, my ears became red and I started shivering. It was crazy," said Irfan Pathan who had to run to make himself feel better. 

He added that he saw a river entirely covered in snow. "I enjoyed the overall experience. I was there for with my family for a week and my son, Imran loved snowboarding. My wife, Safa bought a snowball maker for Imran. I thoroughly enjoyed the trip," said Irfan."Even though I have retired from the game, cricket will always be my priority. I love doing commentary and helping out junior cricketers," added Irfan who said that he is open to continuing in films as well.
