While Rashmika Mandanna’s presence in the most-awaited film Sita Ramam was a big surprise, the makers of this Dulquer Salman and Mrunal Thakur revealed another big surprise. Hero Sumanth is playing a crucial role as Brigadier Vishnu Sharma in this Hanu Raghavapudi directorial venture and his first look poster has been unveiled.
This is seriously an unexpected makeover. Sumanth who was mostly seen in soft and class roles appear badass here with a stern expression on his face and sporting a handlebar moustache. This makeover of Sumanth is highly impressive and we can expect an intense performance from him in the film.
They have also revealed a glimpse where Sumanth is seen smoking a cigarette and speaking on a landline phone. He utters this thought-provoking dialogue: “Konni Yuddhalu Modalu Pettadam Mathrame Mana Chethullo Untundi… Mugimpu Kaadu… This is Brigadier Vishnu Sharma… Madras Regiment…”
In fact, every update of the movie is spellbinding to the movie buffs. The teaser and the songs too got tremendous response and they hiked all the expectations of the movie set in the backdrop of 1965.
Aswini Dutt is producing the movie under Swapna Cinema. Vishal Chandrashekhar has provided music for this classic romantic saga.
Tollywood’s prestigious production house Vyjayanthi Movies presents this highly anticipated movie that has cinematography by PS Vinod. The film being made simultaneously in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam languages is slated for release on August 5th.
