Interestingly, the Mahesh Babu-Rajamouli collaboration was first discussed ten years ago, but no storyline was finalized at that time. In a recent interview, Avaneendra, who worked as an assistant director on RRR, shared an exciting update.

During the RRR shoot, Rajamouli asked his team for suggestions on the story and genre for Mahesh Babu's film. After considering various options, they all agreed that an adventure genre would be perfect for SSMB29. Rajamouli and his father, Vijayendra Prasad, then started working on the script for the movie.
