Bigg Boss 5: Siri And Shanmukh's Friendship Comes To A Bitter Friction

This episode of Bigg Boss 5 begins with the continuation of the captaincy contender task. Maanas got a special egg and was assigned a side task where he got the choice to compete with anyone. Maanas chose to compete with Sunny, where they both were given two bowls of spicy noodles. Whoever finishes the most of it gets five eggs from Bigg Boss.

Sunny hilariously wins the task.

The captaincy contender task comes to an end. Bigg Boss summons everyone to the house and reveals the results of this long-drawn task.

Maanas, Vishwa, Sunny, Sreeram and Ravi had the majority eggs, leading them to become the captaincy contenders of this week.

Jessie also had the 4th most eggs, but since he failed to comprehend and execute the secret task given by Bigg Boss, he lost his chance.

A while later, Lobo makes his grand entry and carries two special eggs with him. All the housemates got enthralled upon his arrival. Lobo then allocates the special eggs to the contestants. He gave the black egg to Sreeram and stole his chance of becoming a captain. While he gave the golden egg to Kajal, making her a captaincy contender.

On the flipside, Shanmukh gets extremely disappointed in Siri and Jessie as he got "played" by them in the name of friendship. Siri tries her best to convince him, but Shanmukh gets inconsolable as he is very angry with both of his friends for making a fool out of him and not giving him the chance to compete in the captaincy task.
