Bigg Boss 5: Shanmukh "trips" again and he refuses to participate in task

This episode of Bigg Boss 5 begins with the continuation of the vote appealing task. After the end of the task, the housemates are confused between selecting Sreeram, and Maanas as both of them performed amazingly.

As it is a draw between the two, Sreeram and Maanas try negotiating, but Kajal interjects with pointless reasons that start a whole new drama. When Kajal and Sreeram were on par with each other, Kajal said something provocative, to which Sreeram returned with something snarky. Kajal later cries because of it. Finally, after a while, Maanas makes his vote appeal with an impressive speech.

The next day, Bigg Boss gives the housemates yet another task where they are allowed to make a vote appeal to the audience if they win. In this task, Kajal must mimic Actress Sridevi, Sunny must act like Balakrishna, Sreeram should mimic Chiranjeevi, Shanmukh as Surya, Siri should act like Genelia, and Maanas gets the role of Pawan Kalyan.

All of them perform marvellously as they cosplay, mimic, dance and act just like the superstars. Although Shanmukh acted a little left out and when Sir tried approaching him, he was cryptic about his feelings. After phase one of this task ended, Bigg Boss gave the phase two task details where the housemates must do a skit. When Sunny asked Shanmukh to take part in it, the latter bluntly ignored the man. Siri later tries talking to Shanmukh, but he confesses that he doesn't feel like a part of this group, and he feels out of character when with them. Shanmukh later patches up with Siri, again.
