The effect of the weekend sessions with Nagarjuna has resulted in a weird hostility in the house. This episode of Bigg Boss 5 begins with the housemates deliberating about the Monday nominations. While some know who will they nominate and who will nominate them, others weren't even ready for what's going to hit them during the nominations task.

The next morning, Bigg Boss doesn't waste much time and begins the nominations task once the housemates settle.

In this nominations task, the contestant is required to burn the photos of two players they want to nominate. It begins with Sunny, who nominated Ravi and Jessie. Then, Vishwa nominated Anee Master. His reason doesn't sit well with the latter as she lashes out at him for being unreasonable and a hypocrite. After a heated dispute among the two, Vishwa nominates Priyanka for reasons related to tasks. As the task continued, Swetha nominated Siri and Kajal. Lobo nominated Priyanka and Jessie. Siri nominated Sreerama Chandra and Swetha.

Sreerama Chandra and Vishwa surprisingly got a lot of votes after what went down in the Royal task. In the end, Shanmukh, Priyanka, Lobo, Sreerama Chandra, Ravi, Siri, Vishwa, Swetha, Sunny, and Jessie get nominated.
