Bigg Boss 5: Maanas Drastically Turns The Tables Of The Captaincy Contender Task!

This episode of Bigg Boss 5 begins with the continuation of yesterday's captaincy contender task where the house is on lockdown. Sunny has a hard time with Jessie as the latter said he wouldn't take part in captaincy contending, but when the actual tasks started, he changed his mind. This didn't sit well with Sunny and others as they have to change plans again. After seeing the brewing dispute, Jessie backed off from captaincy again, but this time he was mildly criticized for it.

Later,

The 4th round of this task was done by Priyanka and Anee Master and Priyanka. They had to paint the wall with the colours blue and red respectively. Whichever player's colour showed up the most, wins the round. Anee Master won the round and secured her place among other captaincy contenders.

In the final round, Kajal and Sunny competed against each other in a task where they had to procure flower pots while sitting in a mini car. Whoever secures the most pots wins. Sunny wins this round and secures his place among other captaincy contenders.

Bigg Boss then gave a second chance to all the remaining housemates who couldn't get their place in captaincy contending. All the remaining housemates were made to stand in a circle surrounding a ball. Whoever got to the ball first had to throw that ball in the baskets where the names of the non-captaincy contending players were written. The ball must be thrown in the named baskets to eliminate them one by one.

Maanas manages to grab the ball in all the rounds and swiftly eliminates everyone from captaincy contending.

That leaves us with Siri, Sreeram, Shanmukh, Sunny and Maanas in the captaincy task tomorrow.
