The day 21 episode on September 27th began with Ariyana’s dance. The members participated in some funny games setting some records in BB.   

All the nominees received keychains with their names on them. Devi unlocked a box and declared Mehaboob is saved. Mehaboob is the 1st person to survive this week.  

Members then participated in a hilarious game and danced on 1 leg and saturated when the music went off. Harika danced well and so was the next saved person. Ariyana was also saved after the 2nd dance round.  

Devi was eliminated and this sickened Akhil and Ariyana, the latter was just unstoppable. Devi too got emotional which led Amma Rajasekhar, her bitter enemy console her.  

Noel praised Devi saying she was a highly dedicated player and that he saw a different side of her. As part of the given task, she was asked to give 1 exceptional advice and property to the members.  

To this, she advised Akhil should be given a whip when he feels he’s losing focus. To Abhijeet, she gave brick and advised him to be strong and to Ariyana she gave a dustbin and advised to dump negative thoughts, with this, she wept and said that Devi is like her big sister. 

Divi was given a soap and advised to clean her dirt and chase her dream of being an actress. Sujatha was given a camera and asked to stick to her decision despite the outcome.  

Devi asked Gangavva to socialize, Akhil was asked to focus on his aim, Kumar Sai was advised to use the opportunity, Noel was advised to be serious regarding some things, Lasya was asked to vent her views and finally Monal was advised not to judge and act quickly about anyone.  

Further, she gave her immunity to Ariyana and saved her from the 'Bigg Bomb' nominations.
