The day 18 episode of Bigg Boss Telugu 4 telecasted on September 24th started with Avinash discussing with his rival team members about the recharge. He successfully conned Sohail, Amma Rajasekhar, Mehaboob and recharged his battery from Amma Rajasekhar's plug. Avinash and his group members rejoiced the charging whilst Amma Rajasekhar got annoyed and cursed him for the deception.  

Abhi and Akhil exchanged words over the gameplay of each other. Nevertheless, another spat broke out between Sohail and Sujatha as she wanted to make use of the bathroom. 

Gangavva lost her patience when Monal snatched her clothes. Monal turned on the supply of water while Robots turned off the supply, shoved Lasya and Ariyana. She received food whilst recharging Gangavva. 

As 'Ukku Hrudayam' task came to end Team Robots have announced the champions as Gangavva and Abhijeet endured till the last.  

Abhijeet, Avinash, Harika and Gangavva who were the best performers of the task, were nominated as the candidates for captaincy whilst Noel was designated as the worst player of the task and sent to jail. 

Avinash tried hard but was unsuccessful to soothe Amma Rajasekhar who does not want to trust him any longer. Monal was disappointed with Abhijeet's gameplay whilst Divi and Noel tried to comfort her. Divi felt sick and guilty for not performing well for her group, however, Amma Rajasekhar soothed her.
