The Bigg Boss Telugu 4 day 16 episode on September 22 began with Avinash entertaining Akhil, Monal and others by imitating Nag. He even played with Monal and Sujatha a petty game. Water and gas were cut for the housemates after which 'Ukku Hrudayam' task was announced. 

The Robots team were to safeguard the silver ball from the Humans team who will try breaking it. If the robots die, then alone Team Humans will win besides, they should stick to the garden region while Team Robots have admission to everything. Robots should charge their batteries from Humans while the latter must gain food, water and other things from Robots. 

Each team had 8 members. Avinash from Team Robots objected Team Humans for hiding fruits and other eatables in their costumes even before the task started while Abhijeet objected Noel for taking curd. 

Abhijeet said to his members they can't stop Sohail or Mehaboob but Devi and Avinash said they will try at least. 

Team Humans tried to grab the ball while the other team defended the ball. Team Humans wanted to murder Devi. Mehaboob enters into a small fight with Abhijeet, Devi and others.   

Team Robots tried hiding the ball while Team Humans tried distracting Abhijeet. Mehaboob finally after a long fight seized the ball and broke it.   

Both the groups afterwards tried to mock and outsmart each other. Team Humans attempted covering the cameras so that their female members could make use of the washrooms however, they got stern warnings from Bigg Boss for this act.   

The members also celebrated the birthday of Jabardasth Avinash during the game with protein powder and gym equipment. 

While the game saw a minor argument between Abhijeet and Akhil, the former had a disagreement with Ariyana-his teammate regarding their approach to winning the task.
