Host Nagarjuna began the day 14 BB4 Telugu show by welcoming the eliminated Karate Kalyani. She expressed her happiness and content over her being part of the show. Since her elimination was the result of self-nomination the ex-participant said that she was not surprised.  

According to the next assignment, she ranked the members and opined that Sohail, Ariana Glory, Kumar Sai, Gangavva and Sujatha are in the last 5 places and Amma Rajasekhar, Monal Gajjar, Harika, Abhijeet and Divi are in the first 5 positions.  

She suggested all the participants be careful with Devi Nagavalli. She further said that Avinash and Lasya have a fragile base in the house and hoped Akhil and Mehboob will play an improved game. 

She placed the 'bigg bomb' on Devi and according to this, the latter received a nomination for elimination for the forthcoming week. 

Each nominated person according to the next chore was provided a balloon having green and red strips on them. Red connoted they still have the threat of elimination and green indicated they are out of the elimination danger.  

Kumar Sai and Abhijeet were saved next. 

After the contenders played a sport identical to the tug of war, the host declared Amma Rajasekhar was saved. 

Noel and Sohail were safe after Devi Nagavalli a read a cloth scroll. 

Contestants in the safe zone were asked to vote either to Monal or Harika to save one amongst them. 

Ahkil, Mehaboob, Divi, Sujatha and Lasya voted against Harika while Ariyana and Devi voted against Monal. Following this, Harika was announced eliminated. The members bid a farewell however, she was later on asked to stay back in the house by the host.  

The host further warned all the housemates to take Harika’s episode as a warning and asked them not to self-nominate and play according to the expectations of the audience.
