Rumors have been rushing around the Tollywood town regarding Jr. NTR's upcoming project. It is said that NTR would be collaborating with KGF fame Prashanth Neel for his upcoming film where the former will be portraying the role of a stalwart and prominent politician. This news is now viral and fans are desperate to hear an official announcement confirming this. This would be the first time where NTR will play the role of a politician. So it is fair to say everyone is very curious about it. Though it would be best to suggest to not raise any more hopes regarding this rumor since NTR is silent about the whole fiasco.
As of now, NTR is caught up with the film RRR that is being helmed by SS Rajamouli. It is on full roar and is scheduled to be released on 13 October 2021. Jr. NTR will be playing the role of Kommaram Bheem in this historical drama film. He will also be co-starring with Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt, and interestingly, Olivia Morris.
When it comes to Prashanth Neel, as he is the director of the much-awaited film Salaar, he has confessed to being confident about Salaar's successful shooting. He said even if the lockdown doesn't cease to continue, he will be finishing the Salaar shoot by February 2022. He will also be speeding up the shoot once the pandemic situation tames and if there's a rapid decrease in COVID-19 cases. The film is scheduled to release on 22nd April 2022 worldwide.
