Anushka Shetty, who was last seen in 'Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty' directed by Mahesh Babu P, has now signed on for Krish Jagarlamudi's upcoming film 'Ghaati'. In this movie, she will portray the character of a cannabis dealer.

The project has recently resumed shooting, with director Krish launching a fresh schedule at Ramoji Film City (RFC) in Hyderabad, alongside Anushka Shetty and the rest of the cast. This phase of filming is expected to span several days. 'Ghaati', produced jointly by First Frame Entertainments and UV Creations, also stars Vikram Prabhu and Chaitanya Rao in important roles.
