Akshay Kumar Joined The Sets Of Prithviraj To Shoot VFX Scenes

Bollywood's big-shot actor Akshay Kumar is now back on the sets of his upcoming film Prithviraj. He had stayed home and distantly worked on his other films for the past couple of months as there were too many restrictions due to the second wave of COVID-19. The reports have it that Akshay Kumar returned to the studio of Yash Raj Films and is shooting some scenes where VFX is involved.

For the film Prithviraj, Akshay Kumar is portraying the role of King Prithviraj Chauhan from the Chahamana dynasty. This film will also be marking the debut of Manushi Chhillar who will portray the role of Sanyogita. Since this film is touted to be a historical drama, it is fair that this is going to be a multi-starrer saga. Artists like Sanjay Dutt, Sonu Sood, Ashutosh Rana, Sakshi Tanwar, Manav Vij, and Lalit Tiwari will be seen playing prominent roles in this much-anticipated film.

To brief out the technical details of this film, Prithviraj is directed by Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi and produced by Aditya Chopra under the banner of Yash Raj Films. The music score of this film is harmonized by the iconic trio Shankar–Ehsaan–Loy. It is expected that this film will be released in November 2021 if the pandemic situation complies.
