Ajay Devgn To Star In The Remake Of A British Show

Bollywood star Ajay Devgn is all set to launch a web show very soon. The actor is going to mark his OTT debut with this film. Now, an interesting update about the film is doing rounds on the internet. The sources are claiming that the show is the remake of a British TV series 'Luther'. The movie unit also reportedly accepted that Ajay is marking his OTT debut with the Luther remake. BBC India in association with Applause Entertainment is bankrolling this project. 

The show will get aired on Disney+ Hotstar, and the official announcement of the show will get released next week. More details about the cast are yet to be known. Touted to be a psychological crime thriller, the makers are super confident that Ajay Devgn is a perfect fit for the lead role. Buzz is that Ileana D’Cruz might get the opportunity to play the female lead in the web show. Rajesh Mapuskar of 'Ferrari Ki Sawaari' fame is helming this project. Ajay Devgn will appear as an undercover investigator in the web show.
