It is not a new fact that this pandemic directly affects the film industry in the worst way sparing none. Among the many actors who have their film schedules sabotaged, there is Actor Ajay Devgan. The Singham fame has gone candid with the Hindustan Times recently and spoke about how he perceives this situation along with his way of dealing with his upcoming projects.
When asked about the shooting agendas of his films MayDay and Maidaan, Ajay Devgan said he was very grateful for completing two months of MayDay and started shoot for Maidaan. He said, “I was completely gung-ho about normalcy.”
He also explained his concern about the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has become a "Grim Reaper" as the casualties due to this virus are now more than 2000 citizens per day. Ajay Devgan explained the value of a proper healthcare system along with highlighting the importance of vaccines. He adds, "Since the vaccine is now a reality, we’re hoping things will change."
Later he explained his love for both acting and directing films, he cannot choose one as he loves both of them equally. He went on to say, “I cannot stop thinking of how a shot should be taken, whether I am taking it or some other director is. It’s hard to choose between acting and directing.”
