Abhishek Bachchan's Upcoming Film Dasvi To Start Shooting Soon

Abhishek Bachchan has finally concluded his role in his upcoming film Bob Biswas and is all set to venture into an intriguing project. This new project has been titled "Dasvi". Dasvi is about a Chief Minister who failed his 10th grade. This film will be directed by Tushar Jalota and produced by Dinesh Vijan. 

A production crew has revealed that Abhishek will be joining the Dasvi sets from February 22nd and has also stated, “All through the lockdown, Abhishek has been in constant touch with Tushar and Dinoo, to discuss this film and it’s finally all set to go on the floors from February 22. It’s a script close to Abhishek’s heart and he is looking forward to getting into the tale that chronicles the journey of a corrupt politician.” 

Now according to some other reports, a source said, "The film is about a corrupt and illiterate Chief Minister who is jailed and who attempts to pass the SSC examinations from jail, not because he wants to get educated but because he wants to shirk the labor that prisoners have to do. What happens to the character after gaining literacy forms the crux of the story.” 

This film will be starring Yami Gautam and Nimrat Kaur along with the lead actor Abhishek Bachchan of course. Rumors are also spiraling around that after Dasvi, Abhishek will reconvene with John Abraham for the remake of a Malayalam film. Details will be revealed soon.
