Aamir Khan bids farewell from social media on his birthday

Unlike other Bollywood icons who are very active on social media and update every aspect of their life, Aamir Khan is quite the opposite. He is seen updating his life events on social media very rarely and his fans just have to get further updates on him through his fan pages or other actors' accounts.

On the account of his birthday today, he has posted several posts conveying his gratitude towards his fans and well-wishers along with a farewell-from-social-media post. The Bollywood star wrote, “Hey guys, thank you so much for all the love and warmth on my birthday. My heart is full. In other news, this is going to be my last post on social media. Considering that I’m SO active anyway, I have decided to drop the pretense.”

Additionally, he also announced the introduction of a new social media account to be in touch with his fans on a regular basis and also hopefully give conventional updates on the same platform. “We will continue to communicate as we did before. In addition, AKP has created its official channel! So, future updates on me and my films can be found there. Here’s the official handle - @akppl_official. Lots of love, always,” he expressed.
