How a happy-go-lucky guy like Raj struggles with anger management and alcohol addiction? What happens in the end? forms the rest of the story.

    Review

The movie has an extremely weak script which doesn't give any scope for performances. Despite having a decent story idea, the narration is very much dragged and most of the scenes felt repetitive and routine. The director tried to focus more on the entertainment factor instead of the emotions but failed to execute both. Even the comedy is outdated and fails to engage the audience. Despite having some bright moments at times, the movie doesn't have anything special to offer other than the routine melodrama.

Director focused only on the regular commercial movie templates and made this movie. The screenplay is very much predictable. Especially in the second half, anyone can easily guess what is going to happen next which makes the audience lose interest on the film. Cinematography is decent. Editing could have been better. Production values are too good. Music is top-notch and BGM made so many dull scenes in the film watchable.

Aadi Sai Kumar delivered his best performance. He succeeded in showcasing variations in his role with ease. Surbhi doesn't have much scope for performance but she carried herself beautifully. The chemistry between them is good to watch. Raashi Singh is good in her role. Jayaprakash went under the skin of the character. Rajiv Kanakala made his presence felt. Ajay acted well. Viva Harsha is average in his role.

    Verdict

'Sashi' is an emotional romantic drama which failed to deliver both emotions and romance properly.
