Story

Sanjay Varma and Syam are a married pair who live the ideal life of being a wife and husband as well as business partners. They run a business of a dairy booth. With time their business goes down and their profits decline at a frustrating rate. One day a suspicious man proposes a crazy deal to the pair that would contribute to a huge part of their income. Deepak being a money-minded personality yearns to accept the deal, but Syam immediately detects something fishy with that man and rejects the deal. Due to an unfortunate turn of events, Syam falls into deep trouble because of the reckless actions of her husband. The crux of this film forms when Sanjay tries to fix his mistakes and saves his wife with the help of his eccentric friends. 

Review

There are rare cases when a restricted budget film ends up being a sensational hit. One good example is Oka Chinna Viramam. It is impressive how the filmmaker cumulated this story and cast underrated celebrities. The entire cast of this film performed a splendid job and executed their roles decently. The story of this film is unique and not something we see in mainstream thriller films.  

The only downside to this film is that the story could be a tad bit more interesting, and it lacks the oblivious blood-rush one craves from thriller films.  

When it comes to the technical aspects of this film, the cinematography was done excellently by Rohith Batchu, and it synced well with the amazing BGM by Bharath Manchiraju that made this film a captivating eye-candy.  

Verdict

Oka Chinna Viramam is a decent film to watch. But if one wants a captivating thrill from this film, it is entirely skippable.
