    Review

The logic goes for a toss in this movie which fails to create an impact on the audience. Embedding dark humor in some serious scenes worked fine but despite having some good laughs, the slow-paced proceedings and boring scenes will make it hard for the audience to continue watching the film. Most comic scenes also felt forced and the lack of emotional connection ruins the watching experience.

Despite having an interesting and fresh concept, the director failed to impress with the dark humor. However, the actors delivered fine performances and some of the scenes are good to watch. Production values are good enough. Cinematography is too good. The bright and colorful visuals added strength to the film. Music by Justin Prabhakaran is definitely the biggest asset to this movie. His music worked big time and made the movie watchable. Also, the set work by the art direction team is captivating.

Vijay Sethupathi is definitely the show stealer of this movie. As long as he is on the screen, it's natural that no one can dominate with his presence in terms of performance. The actor delivered a power-packed performance. Niharika looked beautiful and did her part well. Gautham Karthik's performance is also one of the plus points for this movie. The ctor blended well with the character. Gayathri and Daniel and Pope also made their presence felt.

    Verdict

Despite having a fresh concept and fine actors, the slapstick comedy failed to work well and the slow-paced narration with silly proceedings became the setback.
