Review
Allari Naresh sets up a high mark in his career with this movie. He is known for his comic roles but of late he has been doing prominent roles in movies and gathering appreciation for his roles. His emotional outbursts in certain scenes have been outstanding. He gave an award-winning performance in the movie. All the jail scenes where he breaks down are simply superb.
The sudden superstar in Tollywood Varalakshmi Sarathkumar has killed it with her performance in the movie. Her mannerism and body language as an astute lawyer is laudable. Her solid screen presence is another plus point to the movie.
Praveen is pretty good as Naresh’s friend and expresses superbly in key scenes of the movie. Priyadarshi, Srikanth Iyengar as the lawyer have all done a decent job in the movie with their roles. Harish Uttaman, who essayed the negative cop’s role was also impressive.
The emotions reflecting in the first half of the movie are great and one quickly gets attached to Naresh’s pain. The jail atmosphere, court setup, and narration are perfect. The BGM by Sricharan Pakala is very impressive.
Verdict
A must-watch film to watch a great performance of Allari Naresh.
