Mooga Manasulu story is based on the concept of Reincarnation. Gopi (Akkineni Nageswara Rao) and Radha (Savitri), a newly married couple while travelling on their honeymoon make an unexpected stop at a place which evokes their past life. The main story is narrated as the flashback by Gopi to Radha.
