A girl who is afraid of military officers is asked to marry one, forcing her to run away from home. After escaping a rape attempt by an evil military officer, Sulochana (Ranjani) begins to hate the military. When her father decides to get her married to an officer, Sulochana runs away from home and takes refuge with Murali (Karthik). Incidentally, Murali is the same officer who Sulochana rejected.
