When a boy refuses a girl's love, she decides to take the legal route. Raghuram (Vamsikrishna) returns from abroad and joins college. There, he meets Sindhu (Naveena). They initially fight and eventually become friends. One day, Sindhu professes her love for Raghuram, but he says he only thinks of her as a friend. Sindhu decides to approach the court for a solution.
