The classic tale of the poor guy who falls for the rich girl and their struggles to be together. Seenu (Nitin) and Mallika (Raima Sen) are classmates who are in love, but hail from different economic backgrounds. While Seenu is the son of a truck driver, Mallika’s father Somalinga Raju (Rehman) is a rich businessman. When Somalinga finds about his daughter’s affair, he gets Seenu arrested on false charges.
