An unemployed man assumes the identity of a wealthy woman's husband. Seetha (Nagarjuna) saves Chandra (Ramya Krishna), but she falls into coma. While Chandra's relatives assume Seetha to be her husband, who they've never met, Chandra's best friend Lekha (Isha Koppikar) grows suspicious. How will Seetha evade Lekha's suspicions?
