Story

The plot of Bazar Rowdy revolves around a notorious kid, Kali (Sampoornesh Babu), who has been a troublesome brat since his childhood. Just like most of the Indian parents would, his father (Nagineedu), always got disappointed with his son's p0roblem atic behaviour. This led Kali's father to beat up his son very often. One day, Kali wounded one of his classmates and before he had his father bash him up yet again, he flees the house. After ditching his house, he finds his new living in a small basti, which eventually leads him to become a brazen thug. It is around the same time when Kali's uncle decides to loot his hard-earned property and scam them for his own greed. Kali cooks up a sketchy plan to teach his evil uncle a lesson. How Kali handles his uncle's shady business, forms the crux of this film.  

Review

Bazar Rowdy is unquestionably a shoddy film that wasted the money of the producers and the efforts of the entire cast and crew. To be specific, let's first talk about the performances of the actors. Sampoornesh Babu, once again, decided to make show himself in the negative limelight with his disappointing acting skills. His acting in the entire film is unbearable to watch, no wonder why he earned the title of 'The Parody Star'. Coming to the performance of the female lead, since she was made to play an innocent bimbo who falls for the rogue protagonist, we couldn't see the full potential of her acting. The character development in the protagonist, or for the fact, any character in this film, is non-existent.  

Coming to the story of this film, it is entirely out of one's comprehension. One expects a decent backstory of the protagonist but that isn't the case here. The main lead was instead a shady brat who has no sense of justice. A backstory like this is disappointing for someone who carries the title of the protagonist. Apart from this, the entire plot of this film is far from unique. It is gender-biased, represents narrowmindedness and the existence of this film itself is questionable.  

The technical aspects of this film are absolutely cheap. The direction, screenplay and production quality were an utter mess. The entire production budget was spent on making unnecessary music numbers and bizarre action sequences that are often overused. Despite desperately trying to pick out any good aspect of this film, I can't find anything worth calling it notable.  

Verdict 

Watching this film isn't worth your time. You can gladly skip watching Bazar Rowdy
