    Story

Multi-millionaire Ranveer Malhotra (Mohit Chadda) owns an aviation company, Aditya Raj aviation which has been dealing with an image crisis because of its flight crash due to cheap and low-quality aviation parts. Though Ranveer is ready to take all the responsibility for the blunder, some of the stakeholders are not ready to take up the losses and also tries to leave him trapped in a non-stop locomotive speeding flight that is inching towards a major crash. Can Ranveer survive this situation? forms the rest of the story.

    Review

The lack of logic in some scenes and the underdeveloped characters become the major setback for the film. Having an intriguing concept is the biggest plus point for the film. A man trapped inside of flight without a pilot is a fresh and interesting concept. But the sloppy narration ruined it all. The implausible story makes it extremely hard for the audience to connect with the storyline or the characters. Though the director tried to unfold the drama, he failed to keep the audience at the edge of their seats.

Suraj Joshi's direction is definitely below the mark. Despite having an interesting concept of mid-air survival drama, the boring screenplay and implausible story became the major setback. The lack of twists and turns also made the film a boring ride. There are no songs in the film but the background score is just average and elevated the scenes moderately. The cinematography is too good and the visual effects are also up to the mark. Production values are decent. Editing is very weak.

Mohit Chadda tried his best to go under the skin of the character but his role itself is so unrealistic that his performance won't leave an impact on the audience. Pavan Malhotra is too good in his role. His outstanding performance can be considered as one of the plus coins for this film. Zakir Hussain is decent in his role. Shibani Bedi marked made her presence felt. Vivek Vaswani did a convincing job in essaying his role. The rest of the actors also delivered honest performances.

    Verdict

Flight is an average mid-air drama without any major twists and turns and failed to give an edge-of-the-seat ride to the viewers.
