Yash Raj Films (YRF) is an Indian film Production and Distribution Company. YRF was established in 1970 by the Late "Yash Chopra", a veteran of the Indian film industry. His son "Aditya Chopra" produces the films under this banner. It is the only privately held and fully integrated studio in India producing. It having produced over 70 films. It first produced the film "Dhool Ka Phool" in the year 1959.YRF is a 46 year strong production house and a vertically integrated studio in every sense, controlling almost every part of the value chain from music & home entertainment, production to post-production, marketing, domestic & international distribution, design, talent management, merchandising, digital, licensing, music studios,  film studios and brand partnerships.
