Marudhar is an innocent and boring young man who trudges along in his life, one hopeless day after the other. Marudhar's tyrant father, Ashok Pandey. has marriage plans for him and won't take no for an answer. Marudhar marries the pretty and ambitious Chitra from Lucknow. With no experience in dealing with women, let alone a wife, Marudhar embarks on an emotional and equally hilarious journey as he and Chitra struggle with the pressure of childbirth.

Four small-time conmen attempt to carry off a kidnap with hilarious results. Chakri, Raghu, Abbas and Goga plot a kidnap to make a quick buck. They abduct Meghana (Tara Alisha), the daughter of a millionaire, Jagadish. In the course of the crime, they end up in the home of Khan Dada (Brahmanandam), a former don and a sworn rival of Chakri. As the ransom money is delayed the conmen keep abducting other people and the already crowded home fills up.
