An honest man in a crime-ridden village attempts to uphold the law. Dongalavanka is an anarchic village. The only law-abiding person in the village is Veera Raghavulu (Vijaykanth). When he was a child, he had told the police that his cousin, Shankaraiah (Sampath), a juvenile, killed his own father. Twenty years later, Shankaraiah is out to take revenge.
