The plot revolves around the death of motorists who break a traffic rule at a particular flyover in Hyderabad and the subsequent pinning down of the culprit by a journalist and police inspector duo.

A group of friends decide to go on a road trip & stay in a bungalow for a couple of days where they face a series of unnatural ghostly experiences. How they escape from this situation is the rest of the story of Cut Chesthe.
